Qualifications and responsibilities for this Brand Development Manager position include: 3-6 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or new product development in cosmetics, skincare, or personal care Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends and consumer behavior Track record of launching new brands or products successfully Collaborate cross-functionally with formulation, R D, packaging, and regulatory teams Define brand identity, positioning, audience, and go-to-market strategy Create brand assets including copywriting, packaging, and promotional materials Oversee timelines, budgets, and project execution Analyze performance metrics and optimize branding/marketing efforts Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
