Founding Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Company Thunder Compute is the cheapest, easiest GPU cloud for developers. We're a 4-person, seed-funded team (approaching Series A) with 100%+ MoM growth. In-person today in Atlanta; relocating to SF or NYC within ~6 months. Our virtualization stack exposes network-attached GPUs over TCP, letting us oversubscribe hardware and pass savings to users. Role Build our cloud infrastructure. You will work on a high-stakes, production system, where stability and maintainability are key. Directly interacting with customers, building new features, and supporting our explosive growth. Responsibilities Core technical skills: GoLang Kubernetes Experience owning production systems Full-stack experience Must haves: Fast speed to output, with high attention to detail Potential for senior leadership as we scale Strong communication skills Self-driven (you'll own your work from day 1) Preferred CS PhD/Masters from top 50 US university, 3.5+ GPA (Bachelor's required) 3+ years building infrastructure for a trading firm or cloud provider Compensation Full-time, generous salary + equity. You'll report to Co-founder/CTO Brian (ex-Citadel quant dev).
