Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair industrial HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, air handlers, and cooling towers Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues across high-capacity systems Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades Monitor and adjust building automation systems (BAS) for optimal performance Maintain compliance with safety codes, environmental regulations, and manufacturer specifications Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure system reliability Top Skills We're Looking For Skill Area Description Boiler Systems Operation, troubleshooting, and repair Chillers Centrifugal, absorption, and screw-type systems HVAC Controls BAS, PLCs, and digital control systems Mechanical Systems Pumps, valves, compressors, and piping Electrical Diagnostics Wiring, sensors, and control panels Preventive Maintenance Scheduled service and documentation Safety Compliance OSHA, EPA, and local code adherence Qualifications 3+ years of experience in industrial HVAC or mechanical systems Strong knowledge of boiler and chiller operations EPA Universal Certification preferred Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Why Work with Aerotek? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
