The work is simple - clean a few square feet of wall, paint a few square feet, install about 5 feet of the spike strips that keep birds from roosting. It should be about an hour's work - I will supply all the materials. The only thing that makes it challenging is that it is under the eaves of one gable of my house, about 18 - 20 feet above the ground, and will probably need to be done on a 24 foot extension ladder. See attached photos. The first shows a box showing the location of the work under the gable. The next two provide more detail. The louvers are an attic vent. See the dark area on the wall on the left between the vent and the soffit? That and the adjacent rafter and soffit will be cleaned painted over. There is some additional cleaning of a little bird and bat poop on the wall, and more on top of the vent openings. Zip tie the existing cable TV cable closer to the vent. The bird spikes will be epoxied onto the top edge of both vents. I am available to assist from the ground. Nothing you need to bring other than yourself and a ladder - I have all the materials you will need, and can help. The underlying ground is dirt, flat and solid, well suited for a ladder. No electrical wires. Tree limbs were just cut back, so the work area is clear. No bats or birds to deal with. Easy money for someone who has a ladder and is not afraid of heights. You will need to have your own (workman's comp?) insurance, and provide me a copy in advance.
