Position Summary:The Project Manager(PM),FiberOperations position at Mercury Broadband assists in the planning,implementing, andexecuting of FTTxOSP construction projects. Thisrole focuson accelerating productivity with the Company's fiberoperations by working with FTTxOSP design,construction managers, localjurisdiction, andpermitting teamsto meet project timelines. The PMrole isto act asthe singlepointofcontactforall FTTxOSP construction project requirements anddeliverables in their markets. The PM's role involvesworkingwith lowlevelengineering designs,constructiondrawings,notes,and various other buildrequirements. In addition,PMs ensure theaccuracyof materials, labor,and overall costs to ensureMercury Broadband's Gross Margins andDirect Project Costs (DPCs) are met.

Developprojectplanstomeetconstruction timelinesandsupportsubscriber connectivity needs
Initializematerials procurementforprojectsandcoordinatematerial delivery schedules tosupport the needs of each market
Utilizethe Company'sconstructionplanningandimplementationsoftware tolead teamsconsisting of internal andexternal resources including Construction Managersand/or Supervisors, Engineers, and others
Communicatewithlocalgoverningauthoritiestocoordinate permitting, identify plantconflicts, and attend utility coordinationmeetings as required
Preparereportsonconstructionprojectprogress andprepare velocityprojections to estimate project completion
WorkcloselywithSeniorLeadershipandothermembersoftheMercury team to schedule,update,andidentify roadblocks andfindefficiencies in theoperations of ourfiber deployment programs

2+yearshands-on experiencewithmanaginglargeapplicationprojects
Experience workingwithlocalgoverningauthoritiestosupportpermittingneeds
Experience with fiber construction safety requirements
