Collect and review technical data for drainage projects. Perform engineering calculations and analyses involving hydrology and hydraulics, drainage structures including culvert crossings, bridges, storm sewer systems, and ditches. Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models for drainage structures. Develop base level engineering models for FEMA floodplain mapping. Prepare drainage projects and assist project managers as needed.

Requires Masters degree in Civil Engineering.
