We are always looking for skilled craftsmen to join our nationally recognized team of installers and Certified Tile Installers.
5+ years of previous tile experience required
We are looking for people who are highly motivated to grow with the company.
Pass apprenticeship testing modules at interview
Strong knowledge of TCNA and ANSI standards
We want all installers working towards becoming a Certified Tile Installer. If you are not already certified, we will work with you and pay for your test when you are ready.
You must enjoy being on a team and teaching. Installers are expected to coach their apprentice, work well with customers, problem solve, and be leaders on and off the job site.
Working at J&R:
40 hours a week
Paid weekly
1.5x pay for night, weekend, and overtime work
Paid time off and 401k matching after 1 year
Weekly hands-on team trainings
Installers receive company trucks
Company shirts and hats
