Project Manager

Position Title: Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

Location: Denver, CO

Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried

A Denver-based general contractor is seeking a full-time Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up and/or major renovation multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, organization, and accountability to each phase of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple multifamily construction projects

• Oversee project schedules, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and client communication

• Lead internal project teams and maintain consistent workflow and project progress

• Conduct site walks and ensure work is being performed per contract documents

• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly

• Maintain accurate documentation, change orders, RFIs, and submittals

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, permitting, and inspections

• Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, design teams, and subcontractors

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management

• Proven background managing ground-up or large-scale multifamily projects

• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and scheduling

• Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

• OSHA 30 Certification preferred
