Production Manager / Lead Installer Vinyl Sign Shop

We are a fast-paced, creative sign shop specializing in murals, vehicle wraps, and on-location vinyl installations. Were looking for an experienced and motivated Production Manager / Lead Installer to join our team.

Responsibilities
Manage production workflow from design files to finished installation
Lead and oversee installation projects including vehicle wraps, wall murals, window graphics, and signage
Coordinate and supervise team members to ensure projects are completed on time and with top-quality results
Maintain materials, tools, and equipment for efficient production
Work with clients on-site to ensure satisfaction during installations

Qualifications
Proven experience in vinyl graphics production and installation
Strong knowledge of vinyl application techniques (vehicles, walls, windows, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a small team
Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Comfortable working on-site and occasionally at heights
Drivers license required
