Sprayer America Coatings in Sugar Land, Texas is hiring a Skilled Laborer to help with make-ready and prep work on RV roofs before theyre sprayed with our high-performance polyurea coatings.

Job Responsibilities:
Remove rubber roof membranes from RVs
Perform light carpentry and replace wood decking as needed
Caulk seams, seal joints, and ensure water-tight surfaces
Remove and reinstall vents, A/C units, and other rooftop components
Clean and prep roofs before spraying
Work indoors or in shade cooler than traditional roofing

Ideal Candidate Has:
General roofing, construction, or carpentry experience
Comfortable using hand/power tools and working on rooftops
Familiarity with woodwork, demolition, and sealants
Mechanically inclined and dependable
Experience working in heat is a plus (but you wont be baking in the sun here!)

Physical Requirements:
Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical labor
Comfortable on ladders and RV rooftops
Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
