HVAC Technician

Responsibilities:
-Diagnose, repair and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
-Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates at optimal efficiency.
-Communicate findings and recommendations to customers in a clear and friendly manner.
-Maintain accurate service records and follow company policies and safety procedures.
-Keep work vehicle and tools clean, organized and well-maintained.
-Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies and best practices.
-Weekly on-call rotation

Qualifications
-HVAC technical training or equivalent experience required.
-EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
-Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
-Strong troubleshooting skills and an eye for detail.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
