Job Title: Fabricator
Job Description
As a fabricator, your primary role will be to expertly cut, bend, and shape metal components using a variety of fabrication equipment such as saws, lathes, drill presses, and grinders. You will also be responsible for welding or joining metal components utilizing techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding.
Responsibilities
Cut, bend, and shape metal components
Operate fabrication equipment including saws, lathes, drill presses, and grinders
Weld or join metal components using MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques
Read and interpret blueprints
Work from CAD models
Problem-solve creatively
Adapt to developing standard operating procedures in a startup environment
Work overtime as required
Essential Skills
Expertise in cutting, bending, and shaping metal components
Proficiency in using saws, lathes, drill presses, and grinders
Strong welding skills in MIG, TIG, and ARC methods
Ability to read blueprints
Experience with CAD models
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Creativity and problem-solving skills

Work Environment
This position is fully on-site in Miami, Florida, within an air-conditioned facility and an outdoor laydown yard. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility required for overtime as necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
