Due to our substantial growth, we are looking to add more qualified team members. We are looking to add an Experienced Plumbing Apprentice to our team!

• Compensation is $18-$22 per hour plus service spiffs

Responsibilities:

• Learn the trade of a plumber while assisting with plumbing repairs alongside journeyman plumbers.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs.
• Perform various residential plumbing maintenance, and replacement services while providing an excellent client experience.
• Communicate with customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Show up, be professional and ready to learn.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of plumbing apprentice experience
• Must have critical thinking skills along with openness and willingness to learn.
• Customer Service skills a plus
• Ability to closely follow our performance standards, safety policies and code of ethics
• Mechanical aptitude is desirable but prior plumbing experience not necessary.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and good communications skills.
• Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds
