Road & Rail Services is looking for a Track Worker/Heavy Equipment Operator who's ready to work hard, learn, and build a long-term career. A Day in the Life

As a Track Worker/Heavy Equipment Operator, you'll start the day with your crew, reviewing the plan and safety updates. Some days you'll be using tools to replace worn-out rails or ties. Other days, you might operate heavy equipment to move materials, clear vegetation, or keep the track in proper alignment. You'll be working outdoors in all weather - sunshine, rain, heat, or cold - alongside a team that has each other's backs.

You'll learn how to do the job safely and efficiently, and over time, you'll have the chance to move into higher-paying roles like Crew Lead or Foreman. Our best employees started out just like this - ready to work and ready to grow.

What We're Looking For

• People who aren't afraid of hard, physical work.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Someone who shows up on time and can be counted on.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with heavy equipment, construction, farming, landscaping, or other tough outdoor work is a plus
