Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair issues with roofing, siding, windows, and exterior doors

Complete service tickets efficiently and professionally

Perform small exterior repairs and finishing work

Interact with customers to explain findings and ensure satisfaction

Collaborate with the production and service teams to resolve issues quickly

Requirements:

Experience with roofing and siding repairs (required)

Familiarity with window and door installation or service (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Valid, insurable driver's license
