The required qualifications for Industrial Electrician are:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting which includes, but is not limited to, a working knowledge of general electrical construction practices and codes, wiring, industrial electronics, PLC knowledge (Control Logix and GE Fanuc), instrumentation installation and calibration.
- Electrical trouble shooting to include, but not limited to, control circuits and relays
- 120, 208, 230, and 480 volts single and three phase power
- Single and three phase VFD’s (Toshiba, Yaskawa), Starters, and Motors
- Servo motors and Servo drives
- Encoders
- PLC’s (Allen Bradley and GE Fanuc)
- Ethernet Wiring, I/O, Inputs and Outputs
- Level controls and RTD’s
- Chart Recorders
- Layout
- Proficient in computer skills
- Ability to trouble shoot PLC Ladder Logic
- Reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
Industrial Electricians will be required to support plant maintenance with trouble shooting, repair and installation of equipment, assist with layout and perform additional duties as directed.
Must be willing and able to work any shift, weekends and holidays, daily overtime and overtime outside of regularly scheduled hours may be required based on operational need.
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Pay: $37.29/hr.*
