Mechanical design engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 6 years of design management and engineering design experience in industrial facilities, manufacturing, & data Centers.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license with NCEES record and ability to obtain California PE.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Office Suite, and BIM workflows.
• Proven experience in construction administration (RFI and submittal reviews) and in-depth knowledge of ICC codes and California Title 24 requirements.
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

Day-to-Day:

• Lead end-to-end design management for facility infrastructure projects, from concept through implementation, ensuring seamless integration across all engineering disciplines.
• Translate manufacturing and production requirements into scalable, efficient infrastructure solutions that optimize performance and cost.
• Develop complete design packages, including basis of design documentation, detailed drawings, and Revit 3D models, with minimal reliance on drafting teams.
