Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for the organization and implementation of systems and personnel, as well as full administrative and financial management required for each project. The Project Manager also acts as the main point of contact between the owners, clients, and design team from the initial kick-off meeting through completion.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop project schedules; monitor and update weekly as the work progresses.
- Set up files and organize records for each project.
- Communicate regularly with owners/clients with project updates and any potential issues.
- Provide pricing and change orders as needed on projects.
- Provide weekly accounting reports for each project.
- Work with design team and owners/clients to resolve plan or site-related discrepancies, RFIs, Meeting Minutes, color selections, etc.
- Initialize and manage the submittal process as needed for each project.
- Manage all subcontracts including review and approval of all subcontractor invoices.
- Reconcile and approve monthly contract billings to owners/clients.
- Work with the field team and owners/clients to complete punch lists and assure full acceptance upon completion.

Immediate Supervisor: This position reports to the General Division Manager.
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in construction management, building science, or related field.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Knowledge of all necessary permits, building codes, and safety regulations .
- Understanding and proficiency in MS Office and construction software.
