- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage change orders and project coordination effectively.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, especially those exceeding 1 million in value.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Sheet Metal services is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management and construction management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
