- Lead failure analysis and corrective design efforts to improve product reliability.
- Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and strategic design improvements.
- Support the engineering team in design tasks, particularly in projects that are behind schedule.
- Perform 75% troubleshooting/failure analysis and 25% design corrective actions.
- Provide support to teams on the manufacturing floor.
- Manage obsolescence effectively as it is a primary function of the team.
- Conduct stand-up meetings with customers and suppliers to share findings.
- Expertise in hardware design and analog systems.
- Proficiency in failure analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience in obsolescence management.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
- Ability to lead meetings and clearly communicate findings to customers and suppliers.
