What Youll Do:
Lead a Skilled Team Guide technicians, installers, and dispatch like a pro
Drive Performance Own the numbers: budget, job costing, KPIs, and team productivity
Leverage Tech Use ServiceTitan to streamline operations, track success, and stay ahead
Grow the Business Improve processes, scale the team, and boost revenue
Be the Go-To Leader Resolve customer issues, support staff, and keep operations smooth
Make an Impact Your decisions shape the success of the entire division

What Were Looking For:
5+ years in HVAC (at least 2 in a leadership role)
Master of multitasking, coaching, and communicating
Confident working with ServiceTitan or similar systems
Strong business acumen understand budgets, P&L, and growth strategies
EPA Certified; NATE certification and HVAC license are a plus
Tech-savvy and organized, with a results-first mindset
A team-first mentality and a genuine passion for doing things right
