Maintenance --- Labor --- Carpenter helper

I'm looking to hire someone to help with property maintenance, pull weeds, string trimmer, landscaping, refinish and seal stamped concrete, small construction projects and clean up. To start this is a part time gig working 20 to 30 hours a week that could work into a more full time work. Length of employment can be a few weeks to several months or longer. I can train as we go so if you are a fast learner, pay attention to details and have a good work ethic then please apply. Must have reliable transportation.
