Small, family-owned commercial construction company looking for someone who loves construction and wants to grow with us. Were a tight team where everyone wears many hats, so you must be flexible, proactive, and ready to jump in.

What youll do:

Bids, change orders, invoices, purchase orders, subcontract docs

Daily logs, schedules, inspections, permits, punch lists

Crew scheduling, time cards, job site support

RFIs, submittals, project files

What we need:

Construction admin/project coordination experience (commercial preferred)

Strong Excel & financial tracking skills

Quick learner, independent worker, self-starter attitude

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a small-company setting

Compensation & Terms:

$25$28/hr to start

Independent contractor (1099) for first 90 days, then transition to payroll employee

Part-time (30 hrs/wk) growing to full-time (40 hrs/wk) after 90 days

Home-based, pet-friendly office environment

Growth opportunity as company expands and builds its team
