Our client, a respected excavation contractor serving Northern California, is seeking an experienced professional to join their growing team. If youre proficient in running Caterpillar and Kubota type equipment and thrive in a fast-paced, safety-first environment, we want to hear from you.

Position Requirements:
Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License
Clean DMV record (current printout required)
Minimum of 3 years experience operating heavy construction equipment
Proficient with Caterpillar and Kubota backhoes, skid steers, mini-excavators, and loaders
Must be able to perform basic maintenance and equipment checks
Projects primarily located across Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties

Preferred Experience Includes:
Grading, trenching, and backfilling for underground utility installation
Experience on both residential and commercial job sites
Familiarity with job site safety regulations (OSHA compliant)
Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused
