Ability to read blueprints and plans

Proficient with power tools, measuring, and layout

Able to work safely and efficiently as part of a crew

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather

Reliable transportation to job sites

Safety-minded, punctual, and team-oriented
