responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of industrial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget.

  • Manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure a high level of performance and collaboration.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Prepare and present project progress reports to key stakeholders.

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or issues.

  • Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications.

  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.

  • Use estimating software, such as Bluebeam or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), to manage project financials, bid packages, and takeoffs.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on industrial facilities or plants.

    • Proven experience in a leadership role, managing multi-disciplinary teams.

    • Great knowledge of industrial construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.

    • Proficiency in estimating software like Bluebeam or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
