Responsibilities

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in high-rise commercial environments. If youre passionate about safety, problem-solving, and working with your hands, wed love to hear from you. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Install and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.
  • Oversee fire alarm system and associated systems.
  • Manage emergency generator system and associated systems.
  • Inspect electrical components and troubleshooting issues.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes.
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Collaborate with contractors and other team members on projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.

  • Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program preferred.

  • Valid electrician license or certification (as required by local regulations).

  • Proven experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical work.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.

  • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.

  • Building automation system experience preferred.

  • Experience in fire alarm systems and testing protocols.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Physical ability to work in various environments and conditions.

  • Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
  • Will require evening, weekend, or on-call shifts.

  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
