Construction Superintendent Luxury Multifamily Developments

About the Opportunity:

We’re representing a respected General Contractor with a strong pipeline of high-end multifamily projects throughout Utah in their search for a Superintendent for a project kicking off in the greater Salt Lake City, UT area.

They are known for running efficient, well-managed jobs without burning out their teams. This Superintendent role offers the autonomy to run the field your way while being backed by a collaborative leadership group that values input, encourages problem-solving, and supports you in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeout.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure quality, schedule, and safety goals are met.
• Manage site planning, logistics, and execution strategy.
• Maintain accurate schedules, documentation, and compliance with all contract requirements.
• Oversee quality control, inspections, and punch-list completion.
• Enforce jobsite safety programs in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Partner closely with the Project Manager to ensure budget, scope, and timelines are met.

Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial or multifamily projects ranging from $20M–$100M.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Procore, P6 Scheduling, or similar software preferred.
