As a Partner Development Manager (PDM) Glo bal Data ISV (I ndependent Software Vendors) you will be an important contributor to Microsoft's partner engagement strategy as part of the Industry and Partner solutions. Microsoft aspires to offer the most comprehensive, inclusive, and profitable partner network in the industry. Global ISV is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft, building and selling Microsoft Cloud solutions, services and applications with our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be tasked with managing a strategic partner in the Data domain. You will have a deep understanding of partner and Microsoft priorities to build mutually beneficial plans.You will deliverand drivethe GlobalISV partnersales strategy, you will sponsor global executive connections, drive business performance throughpartners, and maximize partner investments at regional level. You willwork witharea and coreteamstodrive salesexecution.You will build deep partnerships with your ISV partners and enable them to leverage the Microsoft Cloud platform and AI capabilities, to deliver differentiated intellectual property to the market. You will have strategic and business performance responsibility for the region and coordinate with the areas for localsales,strategyand execution.
Youll accelerate your career growth as you work with leading edge software companies, build relationships with C-Suite, and collaborate across multiple stakeholders to innovate. This role is part of a broader Global GPS (Global Partner Solutions) team, giving you the opportunity to learn and connect with colleagues and partners across Canada, the United States, and Latin America.
Job Location:This role is in Redmond, WA, Mountain View, CA or New York City, NY. The role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home in one of those three locations.

Responsibilities
Microsoft Business Leader
Buildstrusted relationships with C-suite leaders to align strategies and drive growth. Develops account plans and leads business reviews to track progress and adjust execution. Advises partners based on deep understanding of their strategy and business needs.
Architectspartnership frameworks through Business Design briefings. Crafts strategic plans to grow partnerbusiness, increase cloud adoption, and support transformation. Shares insights to explore new growth paths and connects Microsofts vision to future opportunities.
Integrates capability planning into partner strategies, promotes learning culture, and drives enablement through training and Centers of Excellence. Converts capability into revenue through clear targets and coaching. Designs local strategies to expand Microsofts footprint and digital selling.
Evaluates partner portfolios toidentifygaps and opportunities. Recommends solutions and aligns partner interests with market needs. Shapes long-term vision and leads strategic initiatives. Communicatesaccountvision to leaders and prepares executive briefings.Coachespartners on commercial and marketing strategies.
Partner Sales and Consumption
Guides partners in transforming sales strategies and aligning on key targets. Reviewspipelinesand collaborates across teams to drive cloud growth.Buildsdigital capabilities andintegratessalesmethodologyto acceleratepipelineand remove blockers.
Developsco-selling and go-to-market strategies. Allocates resources and incentives, and coaches on consumption economics. Leads campaigns and offer design, ensuring readiness and execution. Evaluates investment structures and promotes sales through Marketplace.
Partner Performance and Impact
Resolves escalations and leads business reviews to track execution. Advocates for partner priorities and improves internal processes.Buildsrelationships across sales teams andconnectspartners with Microsoft executives.
Supports partner investment in high-performing teams. Aligns with Intelligent Edge/Cloud strategies andleveragesinternal resources to improve outcomes. Advises on cloud sales transformation and readiness.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND 8+years experiencein partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience
OR equivalent experience.
8+yearsexperienceworking in a cross-functional, matrixed organization with experience building relationships with leaders at all levels.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Science, or an advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or a related field AND 10+years experiencein partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience
OR equivalent experience.
Partner Development Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,000 - $222,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $170,300 - $239,800 per year.
