TIG Welder

Are you an experienced TIG Welder looking for a long-term career with a company that values your skills and dependability? We have partnered with a stable, growing manufacturer seeking a skilled and detail-oriented TIG Welder to join their team of dedicated professionals.

Schedule: 6am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $15/hr.

What You'll Do:

• Fabricate and weld metal components with precision using TIG welding techniques
• Set up and lay out jobs from blueprints, diagrams, and fixtures
• Inspect welds visually and ensure compliance with customer drawings and quality standards
• Follow internal quality systems, safety rules, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with team members across departments to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment

What We're Looking For:

• Must have experience with welding and fitting (6 months - 1 year)
• Proven TIG welding experience (must pass welding test)
• Strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints, interpret specifications, and apply math skills
• Experience with tack welding, fabrication of shop aids/fixtures a plus
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Team player with effective communication skills
