HVAC Technician

Ensure that the equipments /plants are available when needed and functioning as designed at all times .

Ensure that Ambience owned and/or rental equipment is properly maintained in accordance with OEM specifications and procedures.

Ensure that company owned and/or rental equipment is operated within its design envelope, is suitable for the application, and does not suffer abuse or misuse.

Guide Operator / Technician with acquiring and managing equipment data with machine hour meter readings / logs being a top priority.

Document machine repairs and analyzing historical machine records as well as all reports.

Assist electricians and technicians with troubleshooting equipment malfunctions in order to minimize downtime.

Arrange cost effective and timely machine repairs.

Understand quality control specifications and lab/field testing methods in order to troubleshoot materials problems.

Prepare of preventive maintenance schedules for major / critical equipments / implementation & reporting

Perform all work as assigned by the Manager Technical as deemed necessary to maintain and operate the at an optimum level.

Work with the Manager Technical to procure Ambience owned and/or rental machines as per requirement.

Arrange the movement of machines to and from site locations as determined by Manager-Technical. Maintain all tools, parts and supplies in an organized manner, inform the Manager Technical of any needs for replacement, restocking or repair of items.
