un Plumber wanted w/wholesale rate for property management & investment image 1 of 1 compensation: Priced per job. Our plumber is retiring and we need a licensed and insured (must provide both prior to doing any work) who is interested in working with rentals/flips/property management turns and maintenance. Most of our homes are in Woodstock and Canton Georgia. Typical calls are water heater replacement, expansion tank, PRV, toilet replacement etc. We also flip and renovate about 10-20 homes per month. We currently have 35 active flips in Metro Atlanta and start another 2-3 to 5 per week on average. On the renovation and flips we have rough in, some plumbing moves, maybe adding a bathroom or two etc. Must be willing to charge wholesale rates. post id: ... updated: [ ]
