Licenced General Contractor needed

un Licenced General Contractor needed (Manalapan, NJ) compensation: Current Market rate I am doing the following to my home. Raising roof to walkable height Solidify foundation and enclose front porch into a 3 season room Pour concrete foundation and add an addition in back that will enclose pool and patio area into a 3 season area I need an experienced, licensed, insured, primary contractor for this project. This contractor is the one I will list on the permit with the township. I will also need subcontractors, for foundation, framing including windows, roofing, siding if primary contractor. I will work actively with you to pick these contractors. If you have your own contractors, they will be under consideration. Your role will be to provide expert building, construction and advise based on the construction plan provided by the architect. I defer any expertise in the construction to you, but I expect you to be flexible and work with me to achieve my goal.
