HANDYMAN/CARPENTER - Full or part time- Start immediately (Largo/Clwtr/St Pete) Buxton Properties Inc compensation: $25 HOUR employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Property Maintenance Supervisor Handyman and carpenter PERMANETLY needed. Maintain and update properties within 20 miles of Seminole. Must be experienced with knowledge of basic plumbing/electric/construction/installing doors/windows. Can be part-time or full time. Immediate work and pay. Get paid the same week. You pay your own taxes. Must have RELIABLE TRUCK OR CAR that can hold basic tools and hopefully pull a small trailer if needed. Examples of work needed: Replace rotted fascia boards, install locks, paint, property clean-outs, fix fences, build wall, install doors/windows, etc. We are OPEN AND FLEXIBLE ABOUT HOURS. GUARENTEED 20+ HOURS a week. Can be 40 hrs. IF YOU HAVE SIDE JOBS WE CAN WORK AROUND THAT. LET'S WORK TOGETHER. Work will be M-F... 9 til 5.
