Language: No restrictions (English, Spanish or both) is required to communicate with customers and staff. Bilingual preferred

Driver's License: Not required for this position. Standard Class C License is preferred to complete assigned job tasks.

Requirements:

- Must submit to a background check

- Must submit to a drug test

- Must wear Steel Toe Boots

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must have forms of identification

- Perform various manual labor tasks.

- Assist other specialists as needed.

- Comply with safety regulations and maintain order at the worksite.

- Collaborate in the installation and dismantling of structures.

Duties:

- Prepare construction sites as needed

- Clean the construction site nightly so they are available to be open the following day

- Removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials

- General demolition work

- Moving furniture on the job site to accommodate subcontracted trades

- Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management

- Perform other duties as assigned

Shift: 6am - 2pm / 6am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday
