What Youll Do:The Project Architect I will play a key role in delivering thoughtful, functional, and innovative design solutions across a diverse portfolio of public and private sector projects. This position is ideal for a licensed architect with approximately five years of professional experience who is ready to take ownership of design and project coordination while collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team. You will lead projects from conceptual design through construction documentation and administration, serving as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams. Our Architecture Groups work spans a broad range of project types, including:Large Commercial / Public SectorFederal/Dept of Defense / militaryCommunity/Municipal projects (civic centers, libraries, govt buildings, recreation),Education (higher education and K-12) JusticeResidentialWorkplaceHospitalityHealthcareHistoric RestorationReligious Facilities Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, coordination, and documentation of projects from concept through completion.Develop and oversee the preparation of drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal disciplines to ensure project goals, budgets, and schedules are met.Mentor junior staff and provide guidance in design development and technical detailing.Conduct code analysis, review technical documents for compliance, and manage quality control processes.Participate in project presentations, proposals, and business development activities as needed.Oversee construction administration tasks, including site visits, submittal reviews, and RFIs. What Youll Bring:Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited program.Licensed Architect (RA).Approximately five years of architectural experience, with demonstrated responsibility for project leadership and client interaction.Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with other design and visualization tools.Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
