Responsibilities:

• Assist with AWL Grip and Alexseal spray applications Full hull deck and house painting as well as blended repairs
• Assist with varnish application and preparation
• Fiberglass work primarily astetic with some structural glass work
• Gelcoat spot repairs and wet sanding
• Shrink wrap application and removal
• Estimations process of all jobs
• Sprayed and roll and tipped racing bottoms burnishing/ wet sanded finishes
• Prioritization and management of multiple jobs efficient operation with a crew
• Detailing and paint corrections using compound/wax/wet sanding to achieve a like new finish
• In water pre departure washes and staging of vessels
• Communicating with management about project deadlines and updated hours

• 1 year of general paint/finish experience preferred.
• Background in industrial, commercial construction, shipyard, or house painting.
• Ability to follow manufacturers specifications and uphold high standards of excellence.
