Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Architect with deep expertise in
Compensation and Benefits to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in
designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, specifically focusing on
Executive Compensation, Non-Executive Compensation, and Benefits Management. This role
requires a strong functional and technical background, hands-on implementation experience, and
the ability to engage with senior stakeholders to align solutions with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors Compensation
and Benefits modules.
Architect solutions for both Executive and Non-Executive Compensation programs, ensuring
compliance with organizational policies and market benchmarks.
Configure and integrate Compensation Planning, Variable Pay, and Benefits modules to align with
business requirements.
Provide functional expertise to support compensation cycles, salary benchmarking, short-term
incentives, and long-term incentive programs.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver scalable,
sustainable solutions.
Ensure seamless integration with SAP HCM, Payroll, and other related systems.
Lead workshops, blueprinting sessions, and provide best practices for Compensation and Benefits
design.
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvements in line with evolving HR
strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders on compensation and benefits technology
capabilities.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a strong focus on Compensation and Benefits
modules.
Proven experience in implementing and supporting Executive Compensation and Non-Executive
Compensation processes.
Hands-on expertise in configuring Compensation Planning, Variable Pay, Benefits, and related
integrations.
Strong understanding of HR business processes including salary planning, incentive programs,
and benefits administration.
Experience in integrating SuccessFactors with SAP HCM/Payroll or third-party systems.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage HR leadership and technical
teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with global compensation and benefits programs in large enterprises.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in compensation and benefits.
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for
Compensation.
SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Compensation and Benefits modules.
