1st Shift Welder Lead

1st Shift Welding Lead $27 per hour Mon-Friday in W. Knox. Looking for the perfect fit for a manufacturing plant that prides itself on thier talented workforce. If you have a desire to lead a team of approximately three and manufacture a high quanitity and quality of products this job is for you. salary: $26 - $27 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Can organize and lead a productive team (up to 3 workers) and produce a reasonable quantity
of equipment.
Can read and interpret engineered drawings
Proficient welder on tig and mig…stainless, carbon and aluminum metals
Can fabricate and assemble sub-components
Can read and follow job travelers
Can set up workstations (organize work area, set up and keep print stands neat, and keep area safe
from all safety hazards)

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs
