Industrial Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing and production processes by minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment efficiency. Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an industrial mechanic in a manufacturing or production environment.
  
  
• Technical Skills: knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
  
  
• Problem-Solving: Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  
  
• Tools and Equipment: Proficient in using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment (e.g., multimeters, micrometers, calipers).
  
  
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in various physical positions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on various industrial machines, including but not limited to conveyors, motors, pumps, and production line equipment.
  
  
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to ensure machinery operates at peak performance and to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
  
  
• Installation and Setup: Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and integration with existing systems.
  
  
• Inspection and Testing: Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and perform tests to confirm that repaired equipment is functioning correctly and safely.
