Nicet III Supervisor

Responsible for the management and supervision of all fire protection systems on board at Naval Station Mayport . This includes the Management and Supervision of work activities of your team members in the installation, maintenance, code compliance, and specifications, fire alarm layout activities, supervise provide submittal packets. Design gaseous, dry, and wet agent systems. Prepare submittals, estimates, and project reports. Manage all special hazards project that requires inspections, maintenance, repair, installation, and test complex systems. Interact with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).

Supervise projects. Compile as-builts and close-out documents. Oversee system commissioning. Manage periodic testing. Resolve impairments/deficiencies. Prepare documentation and records. Submittal Preparation and System Layout, Prepare and approve shop drawings. Have at least 5 years of experience in FAS or in special hazards systems. NICET level III certified in fire alarm or certified in special hazards systems.
