Project Coordinator III

We are looking for a Project Coordinator III to join our team to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to various projects, ensuring seamless coordination from project initiation through closeout. This role plays a critical part in managing documentation, purchase orders, work order tracking, invoicing, and communication between internal teams, field crews, and clients. This position supports the Project Manager and operations team in maintaining project efficiency, cost control, and timely execution.

This position reports to the office daily.

Schedule:

• Regularly scheduled to work 40 hours a week
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed

• 3 years of relevant work experience in project coordination, management, infrastructure construction or utility sectors preferred.
• Project management certification strongly preferred, or willing to obtain certification within the first 12 months of employment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, Google Workplace Suite
• Attention to detail with financial accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
