We’re looking for a Showroom Design Consultant who blends creativity with relationship-building—someone who can deliver a memorable shopping experience while keeping our showroom beautiful, inspiring, and sales-driven.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
Create Connections: Help customers design spaces they love through consultative selling, product knowledge, and personalized service.
Drive Sales: Meet and exceed sales goals while building lasting client relationships.
Style the Showroom: Organize furniture flow, stage accessories, and create visually appealing displays that inspire customers.
Maintain Presentation: Ensure the showroom is fresh, clean, and beautifully merchandised at all times.
Collaborate: Partner with service and operations teams to ensure smooth product placement, pricing accuracy, and inventory flow.
Stay Engaged: Use CRM tools for customer follow-ups and ongoing support.
Hands-On Creativity: Assist in assembling accessories, monitoring product condition, and participating in showroom updates and seasonal refreshes.

2+ years in retail sales, design, or visual merchandising preferred but not required
