Position Summary:
Based out of our Long Island New York facility with some travel to West Palm Beach, FL our sister company and customer sites across Long Island, NYC, NJ, Boston and Florida, this full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on fieldwork and can also manage operational responsibilities like materials procurement, equipment logistics, estimates, client facing and basic inventory coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Ability to run a staff of 5 field employees
Procure tools, materials, and equipment required for various job tasks
Support Project Managers with field installations and service work, including:
property maintenance, holiday installations, and construction project management
Conducting client sales calls and producing estimates
Warehouse management and inventory control
Logistics and scheduling
Handling basic on-site cleanup, including proper disposal of installation debris
Transport tools and materials to and from job sites
Coordinate closely with engineering and project teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution
Maintain fleet vehicle schedules, ensuring timely service and inspections
Oversee general warehouse activities, including inventory management, receiving, shipping, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in field service, facilities, energy efficiency projects, or related hands-on role
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools, installation work, and field-based problem solving
Valid drivers license with clean driving record and willingness to travel
Experience using tablets, apps, and basic digital tools for documentation and reporting
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs of materials and equipment
Solid communication and organizational skills
Some experience with warehouse operations (e.g., inventory, receiving/shipping) is a plus but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $55,000/year plus with experience
