Our client, a tier-one manufacturer in the electrical enclosure industry, is seeking a MIG/TIG Welder to join their team. As a MIG Welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of custom electrical enclosures. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: MIG & Tig Welder

Location: Scott City, MO

Pay Range:

Shift: 1st and 3rd Shifts avail-$15-$18

What's the Job?

  • Perform various types of weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations to manufacture products according to customer drawings and specifications.
  • Build products based on blueprints with detailed accuracy.
  • Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments, demonstrating proficiency in basic math and conversions.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and set up welding equipment as required.
  • Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 1 year of TIG/MIG welding experience required. Not machine welding actual skilled welding in a fabrication shop.
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
  • Capability to bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
