Architect (Healthcare Preferred) Detroit Metro Area

About the Opportunity An established and reputable architecture firm in the Detroit Metro Area is seeking a talented Architect with 5–10 years of professional experience . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare projects (preferred, but not required), and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions that improve the built environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the design and production of architectural projects from concept through construction.

  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver functional, innovative, and sustainable solutions.

  • Prepare and review design documents, technical drawings, and construction specifications.

  • Support project management activities including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.

  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure .

  • 5–10 years of professional architectural experience .

  • Healthcare design experience strongly preferred; experience with other institutional or commercial projects also valued.

  • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related design software.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $85,000 – $105,000 , based on experience and licensure status.
