About the Role:
Staff Zone is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team. The Concrete Finisher is responsible for placing, smoothing, finishing, and curing concrete surfaces to meet project specifications while ensuring quality and safety on every jobsite.

Responsibilities:

* Place, level, and finish concrete for sidewalks, curbs, floors, foundations, driveways, and other concrete surfaces.
* Operate hand tools (trowels, floats, edgers, jointers) and power tools (grinders, polishers, power trowels).
* Smooth and finish surfaces using techniques such as floating, troweling, edging, and broom finishing.
* Apply curing materials and ensure concrete is properly protected as it sets.
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a concrete finisher preferred.
* Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, tools, and equipment.
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* OSHA 10 certification preferred (not required).
