Responsibilities:
- Mentorship & Coaching : Foster relational accountability through consistent coaching and mentoring of team members
- Team Management : Oversee the daily operations and personnel of the growing HVAC Commercial Install Team
- Collaboration : Partner with Commercial Service Coordinators to manage time, materials, and manpower effectively
- Equipment Coordination : Work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure project needs are met with appropriate equipment and supplies
- Customer Service Resolution : Coordinate with the Commercial Coordinator to resolve customer service concerns
- Labor Coordination : Collaborate with the HVAC Ops Coordinator to facilitate additional labor as needed
- Cross-Department Support : Provide assistance to the Commercial Service department as directed
Ideal Candidate:
- Leadership Skills : Ability to lead and guide an Install Team effectively
- Time Management : Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commercial HVAC Expertise : Advanced knowledge and experience in commercial HVAC systems
- Training & Development : Passion for coaching and helping others grow
- Mechanical Expertise : High-level mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
- Self-Motivated : Driven to achieve goals independently while motivating others
- Excellent Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills
Requirements:
- Education : High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience : 1-3 years in an office-related role and 3-5 years in the HVAC field. Experience at Russells is a plus
- Physical Requirements : Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs, crawl in tight spaces, work outdoors, and climb ladders regularly
- Pre-Employment Screening : Candidates must pass a drug screening and background check
- Valid Driver’s License : Must demonstrate safe driving practices with a recent DMV Safe Driving Record
