We are covering 35+ states across the US with 200+ in-house contractors and currently recruiting for Alabama and Tennessee statewide with first-rate offers and packages for all the new contractors on our team.
Currently, we are expanding our coverage in Michigan. So we are in need of some hard-working, time-oriented, passionate people in our crew.

Position: Independent Contractor / Skilled Handyman
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract
Location:
Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per week
Property preservation work may include but is not limited to:
Inspections
Winterization
Lock Changes
Debris Removal
Lawn Maintenance
Snow Removal
Janitorial Services
Board-Ups
Submitting Bids for Minor & Major Repairs
Completing Minor & Major Repairs
Electronic completion and Submission of documentation
Taking clear pictures.
Requirements:
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Own necessary tools and equipment (ladders, power tools, lawn equipment, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Valid SSN, EIN, or business license (ABC Number)
