Commercial Construction Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team. This role involves delivering accurate construction estimates for commercial projects, ensuring all aspects of the project are considered and accounted for.

Responsibilities

• Deliver construction estimates on commercial projects with precision.
• Utilize experience in drywall, ceilings, finishes, and related scopes to enhance project proposals.
• Write comprehensive and persuasive proposals for potential projects.
• Leverage project data to effectively forecast labor and material requirements.

• At least 5 years of direct commercial construction experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for managing project data.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with takeoff processes in construction estimating.

• Experience with estimating software is advantageous.
• Project management skills are beneficial.

The role involves working in a dynamic construction environment, utilizing advanced estimating software and tools. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy in estimates. Standard business hours apply, with occasional flexibility needed to meet project demands.

Job Type & Location

This is a direct hire position based out of Powell, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Remote and then going on site visits. Growth opportunity. Medical benefits. Profit sharing eligibility after 1 year of employment
